Service and Support
This site allows you to perform the regular maintenance functions of ordering toner, and reporting your MFD's meter read, online. You can also request a Service Call online, however we have supplied a list of troubleshooting faq's to help with those tasks or errors that are the most frequently occurring. To help you get the most out of your MFD, we recommend that you first check for a simple solution there.
If the faq's don't solve your problem, and you need support for your Multi-Function Device, you can complete the Service Call form, or phone our Service Centre based here in Adelaide, where you will talk to a real person, and then see a Certified support engineer in a matter of hours! We know that the last thing you want to do is spend hours on the phone, following prompts, only to finally speak to a person in an interstate or overseas call centre!
We take great pride in our Adelaide-based Support Centre for office equipment and IT devices. All of our Support Engineers have achieved a Certified level of training in both the hardware and software requirements of today’s Multi-Function Devices.
